I actually have this TV - novel on DVD mostly just because of this beautiful nude scene with Connie Booth. I will never forget when I first saw this on swedish TV in mid - 70´s. The name of the film is "Romance with a double bass" and it´s from 1974. Connie Booth wasn´t just beautiful and then the wife of John Cleese, she was also very bright. She co-wroted "Fawlty Towers" together with John.
