It really wasn't for length...I have peyronie's disease and I have to use it to straighten it out. It would be better if I consistently used it, but standing up is fine, but when I sit down with the extender on it hurts like a bitch, lol.

I ordered one of these a while back. I stretched like it was going out of style. They really work but you gotta really want a longer dick. I grew almost an inch once i stopped.
